To this end, we conducted the following experiments to conduct a clinical study of PTP-mode Nd:YAG laser combined with nano-microneedle drug introduction for the treatment of chloasma:
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of PTP mode 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with nano-microneedle drug delivery in the treatment of chloasma.
Study method: 32 patients with chloasma. Immediately after treatment with Pd-mode Nd:YAG laser, nano-micro needles were used to repair skin barriers and anti-oxidant drugs, once every 2 weeks, and 6 times a course. MASI score, Lab brightness analysis, doctor’s efficacy evaluation, patient self-evaluation, and adverse reactions were performed before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.
RESULTS: The MASI score improved by 24% before and after treatment with PTP laser and nano-microneedle in the lesion area of chloasma, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The index of response brightness increased by 2.81 (P<0.05). . Efficacy doctors evaluated the effective rate was 69% (22 cases), and no adverse reactions such as hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation were observed during the whole process.
Conclusion: Using a new PTP mode Q-switch 1064nm laser combined with nano-micro-needle introduction of drug tranexamic acid to treat facial melasma at intervals of 6 times, it is about 70% effective in clinical, it is a safe and effective treatment for chloasma. method.
